![]() The waitresses sing a little pannekoeken song as they run from the kitchen with your meal. ![]() The menu boasts that many eggs are called for in the secret recipe. A pannekoek is a Northern European style of pancake that is baked in the oven, and is what the restaurant is named for. We split a Dutch Skillet and a Blueberry Pannekoek. They offer Magnificent Muffins that truly look magnificent! We got the Blackberry Cream flavor, and it was delicious. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring my camera all the way here so all these photos are iPhone shots. We started with some coffee and some delicious spiced cider. ![]() It was still early in the morning when we arrived, so the restaurant was mostly empty. I was very grateful for the Skyway and Subway, because it was freezing cold. We stayed an extra day in Rochester while visiting the Mayo Clinic and decided to see what its food scene had to offer! Fred found Pannekoeken on Yelp, so we took the winding Skyway system to check it out. ![]()
